COSB is an organization whose list of members are the administrators of special purpose schools and programs for students who are blind or visually impaired throughout North America. It is the annual gathering of these administrators at the COSB Leadership Institute in Louisville, KY, where exciting and thought-provoking discussions lead to planning and implementation of major innovations in the design and delivery of promising management and educational practices.
