Parent Survey
This is to re-invite parent of children who are blind or have low vision in K-12 public and residential schools across the United States to participate in a study on why they chose the type of educational placement for their child. This survey was sent out last month, but had to be canceled due to computer problems. Now that the problems have been fixed, we are pleased again to invite all parents of children who are blind or have low vision to complete the survey in its entirety. Please accept our apologies for previous problems, and we appreciate very much if you would take the survey again. Parents who do not have access to a computer and who wish to request a Braille or printed copy may contact Dr. Paul Ajuwon (417-836-5397). The current survey at the Texas School for the Blind is an online interactive version, and also has a downloadable word version.
